I don't bid per hour that I spend on the job. That is how i figure bids if i look at a job and estimate it will take 40 hours I have been figuring that rate x 35.00. The 35.00 per hour is what I was asking if that number is correct. Apparently it is low from posts. What would be correct?

I bid decks for labor plus materials. Just wondering what everyone figures bids at per hour? I work out of St. Louis Missouri.
Generally I figure 35.00 per hour. Is that too low to high????
