We offer a yearly cleaning, at a discounted price, since its just a quick maintenance wash. We don't make it a "bound by contract" deal. We just put them on the schedule for the following year and give them a follow up call around that time to see if they want a wash. It works very well, as most customers love the fact that someone else is taking the responsibility of the deck instead of them.
