18 year old, owner built and maintained pressure treated deck. After using Thompson's Water Seal the first few times in the early - mid 90's, he switched over to Cabot's Clear Solution oil, natural color. The owner estimates that the wood has been stained a total of 8 or 9 times, and has never been stripped. An ugly mess and a difficult strip.
