Interesting home on Lake Martin. A steep lot on a point with water 3 sides. Steps leading down to a recreation house/boat house with small deck, then a board walk wrapping around the point to a dock and a covered area. Then steps going back up to the house which has one average size deck on 2nd level and small porch. Too much to capture in photos. Not pictured is the water side of the seawall whish is also sealed. We stripped an old coating that was 90% failed in the sunny areas. Applied a mix of Rustic Brn and Super Cedar to get a lighter shade of BRN. The small dock had older wood which explains the darker boards - rough stuff. All pt pine. Approx 7000 sq ft.
