Well I just started back up for the season barely two weeks ago so this is the first non-maintenance job we’ve done for the year. This 18 y/o PT Pine deck was restored in time for a high school graduation party. The homeowner tried to P/W the old stain off leaving heavy wand marks but we stripped, cleaned, sanded and finished with two good coats of Armstrong Clark Cedar Semi Trans. The privacy screen on the side of the deck was coming loose and falling apart so the sheets were torn down and all replaced. Forgive the horrible photography…I’m a regular point and click guy and the sun doesn’t always cooperate.
